My Samsung galaxy had issues and I could not hear from the ear piece of my phone. I went to one shop and the guy told me I need to replace it and it will cost me 40 dollars but he cant fix it the same day. I said I will come another day I went to this shop and explained to him the issue and he told me it requires cleaning and he just made it work by cleaning and he didn't charge me single cent Great

I have given my pixel 3 xl to replace the broken display. They took 3/4 hours to replace it. When I got my phone back, I identified damages on the frame of the phone and the cameras became covered with lots of dusts. However, I asked about the damages and they said that they can't do anything and it happened while they tried to open it. If they don't know how to open the display they could have let me know it before. Moreover I asked them to replace the display with original one but, they gave me a copy. It's better to give my phone to children's hand to repair it.

Came to the STC store to get my phone's screen fixed and was told that they don't fix OnePlus phones. I had already mentioned in the form while taking the appointment what brand and model my phone is, perhaps if there was some sort of proactive approach by someone after reading my requirement they could've prevented me from coming all the way to the store for nothing. Also please update the store phone number in Google, I tried to confirm upfront by calling and nobody picked up the phone.

Don’t give you phone to repair in this shop .. they. They change my display of i phone x with duplicate parts and I got damage recently. Then I given my phone to the authorized shop they found that it’s a cheap quality display . Not a genuine part . Cheating people...

I walked in to this place just to see how much it would cost to change the charging port on my phone. I was sure that was the problem and i previously got quoted 50 at the cheapest. These guys took a look and said the port was fine. Just needed some cleaning. So they cleaned it, checked it and it was working. Didn't charge a penny. Thanks guys ! I know where to go next time.

No problem with repair quick and pricey. Not to sure why they had too keep my broken part that came out from my phone, when I paid for the new one. Their claim is for proper disposal,yeah right! After coming across a few videos after repair I'm certainly questioning that.
