My MIL was moved to this home about 2 weeks ago. She has been in quarantine as she was moved from a hospital. I just got a call from one of the staff to tell me my MIL had a fall from her bed. No explanation of what happened or how it happened. The number on Google has a voicemail that is not set up. How could she fall under your care. Her bed should have had bed rails.

Midland Gardens is a dreadful place for your loved ones. Unfortunately, we had no choice as it was the only place available for our family member. If you have a choice, do not place family members here. We noticed a quick declined in our family member after just two weeks of being placed at Midland Gardens. The staff is disgraceful. They are all a bunch of phony, lazy people who fake their sincerity when you show up to visit. They always have the same excuse of not having enough staff or that someone called in sick when you ask questions pertaining to the proper care of your loved one. They should all be ashamed of themselves. This is no way to treat vulnerable seniors. All I can say – visit every day…keep a close eye on your loved one!

The place has great amenities. The staff running the place are really rude. They never return your phone calls. Also I've never seen worst people for jaywalking. Everyday around 3pm the staff would set a bad example for children . If they don't care about children they certainly don't care about old people. Just don't expect much from this place.

The Staff work very hard, there's a grand for elderly, among many other ways to occupy time, it's social- as with every attempt possible, the staff accomodate to best abilities politely, even nurturing families to keep involved with their loved one's and upkeep. The biggest joy is in each unique resident.
