Went to Dr. Chan on the weekend and he was extremely friendly and the staff took care of me. He even went above and beyond the call of duty for me getting impressions for me and looking after my hearing to Top notch service. 5 stars all around. If you need an audiologist, visit him. I am definately coming back.
I just got out of my assessment appointment with Ben Chan. I had a very pleasant encounter with him. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed many of the issues I was having with my hearing. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful everytime I called the clinic.
