Pretty impressed with these guys. I bought a classic truck in Alberta and needed it delivered to Toronto. They were able to deliver it for a reasonable price. They were responsive to my emails when I had questions too. Overall I'm very happy with the whole deal and would use them again.

After calling 4 times and leaving voicemails, and sending 3 emails with photos of the damage on my brand new 2021 Navigator, I received a response from Jeff Simons, presumably the owner of the company. I'll quote him directly "We did investigate this damage and we found that this damage happened after the car was unloaded. Once vehicles are unloaded, our insurance ends and this is written in our contracts and shipping conditions." "However this is something you can pout through your own insurance as a hit and run". I won't ever use these guys again or recommend them to anyone. I am lucky and the damage to my vehicle is fairly minimal, but I don't have any reason to believe they would act any different if the damage was a lot worse. Especially, after they couldn't even reply to me for 12 days after I reported this. Jeff Simons, thank you for ruining what is normally a fun day for a family, picking up a new vehicle. In my email, I even suggested I knew a place that probably repair it, and I kindly offered to take it there for a quote, it's not as if I have been unreasonable in the least.
Great Job, great team, I didn't use 3rd party, dealt with J.simons directly, terminal to terminal and it was smooth, clear and panctual. not a single scratch.
Shipped car from Toronto to Vancouver. Price, speed, hassle free - all was good. HOWEVER assume your car will be searched and things of value taken away - sunglasses went missing from a built-in holder. Yet, they do warn you no personal items should be in the car and they are not liable, so my fault for leaving them there. But totally disappointing. Also by a strange coincidence one wheel bearing went bust right after shipment and I had to take to a mechanic to fix. Gladly it was covered by car warranty.
if you ship your car through an agent whatever, it costs you over 1500 dollars. but if you directly ship your car through j simons, Toronto to vancouver or vancouver to Toronto, only cost around 955 dollars. I shipped my new x5 from vancouver to toronto through j simons by rial. no damage no lost no scratch.and i got my car after 6 business days.
Used J.Simon fast car shipping to ship two of our cars from Vancouver to Toronto. It was a very easy process. The cars came on time considering the weather. You have to call or email them to find out where the cars are. They are very easy to deal with. Not a scratch on the cars. Quote was given on the phone and it’s e-mail there on in. Very easy to drop and pick up the vehicles.
Shipped my vehicle from Toronto to Vancouver, and Dianne and Dee made the whole process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Im giving 4 stars because the arrival date was a week later than expected, but I would still highly recommend these services if you’re not in a major rush!
Dianne in Toronto Office helped us ship a car from ON to AB. Reached as promised and in good condition. Very responsive and I like people like Dianne who respect customers and their questions. Price was very competitive and I would sure work with them again. People in vancouver office were very helpful as well.
