Whether it was dine in pre-covid or takeout during covid, the service has been consistently quick and efficient. The noodles, broth, and toppings across all menu items I've had have always been super delicious. I have never had Chongqing noodles before Hey Noodle, and I love how different the meat based broth is with noticeably more brightness of acidity it has, and the heat of the spices and the numbing (mala) effect that the peppercorns give is unfamiliar but welcome in its effect. Always a great experience!

The best noodles in the city! Hey Noodles makes a huge impact on everyone I bring here. The food speaks for itself. Come and try it it is always worth it. Even in the covid era they produce amazing food with top quality service.

I've been their customer for so long as I loved the sour and spicy potato vermicelli, it was pretty good but now the soup tastes like water, not even salty, no flavour at all...

The meat was tasty and we'll seasoned. It soaked in the flavours of the broth quite nicely. The noodles arrived very hot so we had to wait until it was cool enough to eat without burning our mouths. The regular level of spice is pretty spicy and if you add the pepper that makes your mouth numb it becomes even hotter. Be careful when ordering spice level. The servers were friendly and helpful. You can only pay with cash, or debit if your bill is over 30. The noodles were ok, and the price was on the high side. Would I go back? Maybe, but there are so many other noodle places to try.
