My furnace stopped working on a cold January night. I called Hawk Mechanical and explained the issue and they were able to send someone out within the hour. Talha was great at explaining the cause of the problem and offered suggestions for prevention and maintenance. The total cost of the repair was very fair and invoicing and payment was done on the spot through their app. I’m really happy I found Hawk Mechanical and would highly recommend them!

I was very satisfied with Hawk's service from the start all the way through the process. They sent someone out to look at my house and old furnace and then quickly gave me a straight forward, easy to understand fair quote. No messing around or hard sell like certain other big companies that begin with E. The guys that came to install the new furnace were very capable and worked very hard to haul my big old furnace up my narrow Victorian basement stairs. I was most impressed that they managed to not scratch of dent any walls or floors and completely cleaned up everything before leaving plus the furnace worked perfectly right away. Finally Talha in the office took care of getting me all the rebates plus went the extra mile to get an additional refund from the company of my old furnace. On top of all this they also have a very fair payment plan if you need this service. I would highly recommend Hawk to anyone needing a new furnace, these smaller companies can be so much better than the big corporations that people go to by default.

Had them installed Furnace and AC few months ago. Very smooth experience. Also called them today for a issue with a Gas leak and Talha responded quickly and provided necessary steps to correct and rectified the issue within the same day. Great customer service which very few can provide.

Called for some help, they were able to come the very next day. Gave a very reasonable quote beforehand. No tricks, very straight forward honest and caring technician. Would highly recommend this company. They cost half of what other companies tried to charge us. Very easy to deal with.
