Late night cravings on Easter Sunday. Dropped here based on Google recommendations and it did not go wrong. Amazing bubble waffles with icecream. Loved it every bit of it. My friend ordered Milk tea instead of a smoothie, they were kind enough to replace it without any additional cost. Good and fast service. Thank you guys.

Ice cream was slightly freezer burned for the strawberry shortcake we ordered, but to be fair we had come by in November, which is hardly prime time for a cold dessert food. Presentation was nice however, store was clean and staff very friendly. We also ordered a savoury crepe (okonomiyaki), which we ate a couple hours after the decadent one. The okonomiyaki was delicious at that point, wish we had eaten that one first as I’m certain that would have tasted several times better fresh. Located in a very busy plaza with multiple snack shops, bubble tea houses and take out places, but this was not hard to find at all. Would come back to try a decadent order once more, perhaps in the summer or warmer months.

I ordered two drinks here, and there were two people working behind the counter. the person who took my order took it down correctly and processed everything, but the guy making the drinks (presumably the owner or a boss or something) made me the wrong drink. I asked if it was the drink I had originally ordered, he said that it was, and I clarified that I had ordered something else. he checked the cup and realized he had made the wrong drink and then proceeded to lecture the other employee in Cantonese despite the fact that they had done nothing wrong. I found the way that he spoke to his employee as fairly demeaning, especially in front of customers. it was his mistake and he should have acknowledged that. I did end up getting the correct drink, but I will not be returning here again. EDIT: this was back in September and the poor employee was a young female

This was amazing. I got the strawberry dream with chocolate icecream and it was amazing! I was afraid the strawberry flavor might be strong and overpowering, but it was subtle. I would definitely go back to try other flavours and the savoury ones as well.

Really delicious waffles :) It's a really popular dessert cafe, so there are times when your order will take a while. But it's well worth the wait _

My daughter was yelling for Egg waffles at late night , everywhere not accepting our order even we reached someone at shop. We finally got a place that took our order last 5 mins before they closed, and they accepted with a very sincere manner. We called again after for changes and a lady who pick up the phone was very polite and patient with our request and changes without any complaints. Excellent service! We had the matcha red bean waffle it’s soooo good ! Highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure ! ! Thanks for accommodating us.

Should try.. waffles are extremely tasty not too sweet not too bitter perfect favour blend.. Ice cream are must try delicious and savoury. If you a bevertail fan than you would definitely love it. The savory waffles are delicious too. My recommendation is garlic parm and cheese lava.
