Was grateful to stumble upon Gervais Rentals when planning my wedding. There is such a colossal selection. You can find everything and anything for an event that you're hosting. We rented everything from chairs, tents (with lights), barrels, barware, napkins and more. The tents truly created a cozy and intimate atmosphere during the wedding- and it gave us peace of mind. Everything is easy- tent set up is fast and efficient. The staff are competent and friendly. After the wedding, all things were collected. We didn't even have to wash any dishes! Truly is a gem. Would definitely recommend if hosting any event.. they'll have what you're looking for and at a reasonable price.

We booked Gervais for our wedding pre-COVID. Original plans were for 150 guests. When COVID hit they were wonderful to work with!! They really made us feel important and were very understanding about having to cut back on our order due to number of guests. We rented the tent, table, chairs, linens, and table settings. Everything worked out perfect! The chairs worked in both the ceremony and reception areas. We were able to leave the sides of the tent open all night. I'd recommend Gervais for anyone looking to rent!

Working with George at Gervais was amazing! I have never dealt with anyone more responsive and helpful! Our plans changed quite a bit with covid rules constantly changing and George made all changes and modifications without a fuss. The tent, tables, chairs and heaters were all amazing, came in beautiful condition and delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend Gervais and use them again for a future event. Thank you!

Gervais Party and Event Rentals is always my go-to rental company. I work with Harrison mostly and he always takes such good care of me and my clients. The orders are always prepared perfectly and he is always flexible to the countless changes I request and always provides excellent guidance to help with my orders. Recently I worked with Darek who was equally accommodating and knowledgeable in providing guidance with a tent order, heaters and the rental order. Their on-site team for installation is exceptional. The team is very accommodating and take direction well. Overall, if you are looking to choose a vendor for your rental needs, as an Event Planner in the industry, I highly recommend Gervais!

Gervais was wonderful to work with! We had our wedding booked with a banquet hall and when COVID hit, we realized we had to cut our guest list and postpone. We didn't want to postpone, so we opted to have a small tent wedding in a backyard. Gervais was easy to work with and set up the tent in a timely and organized manner. There was a slight hiccup with the tablecloth colours we ordered, and they fixed it right away, bringing us the correct colour within an hour. The lighting, which was super important, was more than enough. Everything was beautiful and they helped make our day perfect!
