I had one broken glass and it's December 8 /2020 in a lockdown due to covid-19, I went in and the guy told me that he could do it in the same day,they called me a couple hours later and it was ready for me to pick up, Amazing service and friendly staff

Not receiving the order after couple of month and no manager or supervisor to solve the problem or take care of customer. It can't be worse than this.
Terrible! I contacted them regarding replacement of a broken mirror. I requested them to send someone (if they are in my neighbourhood) to see the work and give me an estimate. After waiting a few weeks they told me that it’s not worth it for them to send someone for a small job. They said I should take pictures of the area with dimensions so that they can give me a quote via email. A week past and no response. I called again and they connected me to the person in charge and he told me that I need to replace the mirror with safety glass although the one that broke was not. He said that we only do quality work and will not replace the broken mirror with what was in its place for 37 years! He said the safety glass is very expensive. So I accepted his dedication and high standard in his work and agreed to give me a quote for the more expensive one. Another week past and no response from this saint of a man. So I called back and ask why he never quoted me on HIS suggestion and he said: “you know your job is pain in the a**” and I can’t do it! My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. I connected two other people and they gladly came to my house, measured and gave me quote.
Poor customer service. Wrong products delivered and they never care about it
My service from Jane was fast and perfect. She addressed the matter and provided a solution to my problem with the minimum of headaches. It was a taken care of without issues. I had a broken glass pain in my shower enclosure and all I had to do was send her pictures of the issues via e mail and it was magic after that. Keep up the good work.
