The night before my appointment I found out that I'm not supposed to get an allergy test right now due to a medical condition. I left a voicemail to let them know. The admin didn't check and called surprised I didn't show up. They failed to screen me appropriately and then slapped me with a cancellation fee. Be careful with the person screening you and the admin staff. Get as much info as you can from the doctor and do your own research. The doctor is great. Admin staff is not. You will have to be on top of everything you need including getting prescriptions etc.
Dr. Ching was great with my son. She was so gentle and patient with him and took the time to answer my many questions. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended as a Pediatric Allergist! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our appointment.
