I would have given them 0 star if I had an option. Unprofessional and rude receptionists. My 2 kids were their patients for the last 10-11 years, it used to be a kid friendly place before but since Dr.Stein sold his business( due to his retirement), same office staff acting unprofessional. I can clearly see lack of management and customer service in their actions. I won't go there anymore since they are not competent at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone AT ALL.

DR LIN WORKS AT SICK KIDS AND HAS A VERY HIGH DEGREE OF KNOWLEDGE AND CARE FOR ALL CHIDLREN . THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING. I DRIVE WAY OUT OF MY WAY FOR THIS TOP NOTCH CARE AND 100% STAND BY THIER PRACTICE .

i called to take appointment but receptionist was very rude i thought i called the wrong number, i couldn't believe its the same clinic they recommended for me and then i read the comments on google and saw that already there are alot of complaints against her. when i tried to tell her that your voice is very loud and that your way of talking is impropriate she told you too. i gave one star for the clinic customer service as i dint even want to visit and see the doctor after that phone call.
I came here just to clean my teeth and Maria (the staff) was cleaning my teeth and did it so hard
