On there sighs it says “we pay the top Dollar” I’m blown away with 3 cents per pound for metal I can easily go somewhere else and get 25-30 cents per pound. I thought he was joking
Good business, staff are always there to greet you immediately and help you unload scrap from your truck. Unfortunately the staff working there attempted to scam me by not paying the right price for a specific type of metal. When inquiring, myself and other customers were verbally abused and told to “f*** off” and not come back. It’s unfortunate that the customer service skills of this business aren’t looked after and I would strongly suggest for anyone visiting to be very careful with whom they are dealing with (Asian lady who has been apparently working for “15 years” and white gentleman both declined giving me their names and were unable to identify the aluminum which was brought to them and proceeded to count it as steel) There are many other junk yards in the city and I would strongly suggest paying a visit to others if you’d like to get more than 75% of the money that you’re supposed to get. Don’t waste your time and efforts at this location!
Great staff and they pay well. Very helpful too. They help you unload a bit and help with sorting so you get the best money.
If they are rude, open your own place... and good luck. Never had issues, the lines are long for a reason.
