Love this place always fresh. Employees always friendly and helpful. Love how you can subsatute any item on the menu. The price is reasonable. I always am so full for the night if I have it for lunch. I love getting pineapple and avacodo. It is a perfect meal. All your four food groups in one.

The worst sandwich ever! Dry and was pretty much plain. Only Two thin slices of Turkey Breast with a thin layer of cream cheese of some sort on the bun. I hope they put effort in making their healthy food.

In the lower Food Court area of the Scarborough Town Centre is a Cultures restaurant. Before coming here, I browsed the Cultures website and menu which includes wrap/panini, marketplace salad, gourmet sandwiches, culture bowls, mighty salads....and quiche. Today, my choice for a healthier lunchtime meal was the Cultures Bowls featuring fresh toppings on warm brown rice. There were 7 different signature bowls to pick from on the website but only 4 were listed on the menu board. Preet greeted me and I said I was hoping to get the "Miami" but it's not listed. "No problem, I can make it for you if you know the ingredients!" was Preet's reply. Really? Well, I just rhymed off roasted eggplant, pepper, sweet potato and zucchini, alfalfa sprout, chickpeas and creamy sesame vinaigrette. Asian sesame dressing was substituted as there was no creamy sesame. My meal was surprisingly so much better than I had expected "for a 9.59 (plus taxes) bowl" and very filling. It was a great combination of fresh ingredients that created a flavourful & delicious taste. Customer service from Preet was excellent and friendly! Bravo...I will return!

I got a piece of salmon with one of my salads and it was so overcooked that you couldn’t even bite through it. Extremely disappointed for the price I paid to get a piece of salmon.

Amazing service! Came here for the first time yesterday and the employee was extremely kind and helpful. I ordered a southwest bowl and it was absolutely phenomenal with the fresh chicken breast. Will be visiting here again soon due to the great food and amazing quality service! 10/10

Was going for a healthy alternative, never again!....Staff was super friendly, but the food is small portions for the amount you're paying..Food didnt blow my mind or make me want to repeat...If they lowered the proce or gave more bang for the buck id reconsider, other than that, go to subway (yuk)

Use to love this place. The guy who served us was rude and on top of that the quality of food was terrible. The sweet potato was mush, the avocado was brown, they were out of corn. It was gross seeing him scoop it into the bowl. Will no longer be eating here.
