Ottawa location to Toronto- Ordered Monday 21st of December, delivered on Wednesday 23rd!! Will definitely purchase again should I need to, Thank you so much!

I placed an order 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped my battery. They are saying they get their batteries directly from the manufacturer so the batteries are 'fresh'. So while they promise 2 day fast shipping (which I paid 15 for) if you need something within a week DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You will end up waiting with no recourse as THEY DON'T GUARANTEE WHEN THEY SHIP your item to you. I reluctantly ended up ordering from amazon, got next day delivery and my device is working again. And it's the exact same battery and cost less including shipping. Brutal.
Ordered batteries online and was told a couple were out of stock and I could wait until they arrived. Fine, I'll wait. Weeks later did not receive any word. Overall, had to follow up three times to get some of my batteries. Every time, a different battery was out of stock. I was finally told their supplier didn't have one of the batteries. Well if you don't have it, then don't list it on your website! The correspondence itself was polite and they appeared to have good customer service, but ultimately they are disorganized internally and don't seem to have a way to track support cases properly. Would not deal with these guys again
Avoid these guys like the plague, unless you want to burn down your house or business. I had UPS device that needed a new battery. Until that point, the device had worked perfectly. I decided to save some money and buy an after market battery from Battery Clerk. Seemed like a painless process and the price was the best I could find. I guess you get what you pay for because within a day of installing the battery, it started smoking. Had I left my house 10 minutes earlier, I wouldn't have caught the issue in time and pretty sure I wouldn't have had a home to come back to. I'm grateful, of course, but now I can't use my UPS device. Battery Clerk reimbursed the cost of the battery, but have refused to pay for the damaged UPS. Buy from these guys and you may just get more than you bargained for. It wasn't worth saving a few bucks.
