I got a prenatal DNA test done here when I was 6 months pregnant. They told me that the alleged father was NOT my sons dad. Two years later my son looks just like the man they said wasn’t the father. We did another DNA test and the results came back 99.99999997% his. They really had my son out here without a dad for 17 months. He missed his birth, his first steps, everythinggggggggg because they are SCAMMERS AND LIARS!

Ordered Paternity Test Kit on 22/07/2020 did test on 25/07/2020 and posted on same day in envelope provided ! Payment was debited by American Express on 22/07/2020 as of today 13/08/2020 and calling Accu metrics Canadian lab every day and speaking to Sheryl who although being so polite just states tomorrow!tomorrow!tomorrow then states they are awaiting a call from the UK with regard to my test !! Let’s see what tomorrow brings as I feel like I’m being fussy but I paid for this service and service is not being done.
I ordered a paternity test from this company before reading the reviews. After I sent in the swabs that came in the mail 2 days after ordering the test by the way my child's potential father looked up the reviews and told me I had been scammed so I was scared. For 3 days I awaited to see if anything on the website they gave me. Had updated. On the 4th day it updated to testing in progress. 3 days later I got an email saying my results were ready. Got on the website and they were there. It was fast and the results are accurate. I don't know why all the bad reveiws but I think they are great. They were fast and kept me updated every step of the way. Would definitely use use again
Have been there on multiple occasions for multiple different services. The staff have been great and knowledgeable and if I needed to speak to the Dr. On staff he was also made available or returned my inquiry by telephone promptly.
Whoever attacking this place is a lie. I got my results back right away in a week. They are absolutely professional and hard working people. They are also dog friendly place and have rescues accompanying the workers who work there. This place is not a scam. Their prices are cheap and fair, compare to most places. The man who is a doctor here is over 80 years old. He don’t need to be money hungry and can feel how genuine he cares about his products and services. I took several and recommended a few, no one ever complain and they were on top of things. Surprised they even have a 1 Star. So I truly believe it’s the competitor company’s creating fake reviews. Or misunderstanding.
Unprofessional staff, let me do fingerprint in a wrong form, and I had to do it again in another center. Not among the cheapest fees they charge!!
