No wonder that Access Storage got excellent reviews on Google. I rented a storage unit and never thought I’d say “I’ve enjoyed the whole experience”. Other than the wonderful facilities, I’d like to emphasis on the customer service, which was superb! Since the first conversation till meeting in person to see the unit, Regina made the entire process so easy and has been very much helpful. Attention to details, super patient, not only being professional, I could tell she truly cares about people and her job! I’m very glad to finally meet her in person, her delightful greeting and sincere smile make me feel at ease, specially during moving that can be stressful. Thank you, Regina!

We've had a great experience with Access Storage (Scarborough West). The store staff were personable and helpful, with overall excellent service. I appreciate that they provide support to community organizations that help those in need.
Easy and quick process. Regina at the front desk is very kind and easy to talk to. Easy check out process, I just tell them I cleaned out my unit and that was it! Clean units that are easy to find and ready to use. No hassle, no upsell. Will use again when needed. Thanks!
This place is very good. I have a unit on the outside. It is very good and clean, and spacious with easy access. Regina who works in the front office is very nice and very helpful. She thinks of everything and doesn't miss a thing. I was looking around at different storage facilities and finally accepted this one because of Regina's kindness and proffesionalism. She is the BEST to deal with over ALL!!
Well managed storage space. The staff was super helpful with all my questions and was ever ready to help. Happy with the service I received.
Really easy to access anytime of the day. Hallways are always clean and don’t have bad smell.
