I had sent in my computer for a new motherboard. When the work was finished I was told I had lost a few USB slots bc of a different board which is understandable. He did not however inform me that I had lost a DVI, VGA and a host of other ports. I cannot use a second monitor now since I only have 1 viable DVI and 1 HDMI. Don't go here for repairs, more concerned about peddling TVs than making sure you get your PC back in top shape. On top of that I have noticed my computer has been running its fan like crazy. Utterly disgusting, take your business elsewhere.

An honest review. They are pretty good and reasonable cost at reloading operating systems on PC's, etc (if you have your own authorized disc), but make sure you tell them to do the Windows updates or it will take many hours to do it yourself at home. As far as fixing flat screens (monitors or tv's) it's hit and miss depending on what part of them has failed. It seems they do a lot of guess work at which parts to replace. I have taken two flat screens to them, the first one was never the same after and kept going black every 5 to 10 minutes for a few seconds, the brightness had to be maxed out after the repair just to make it 'bright enough' to use, they couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with the second one. The bottom line is that you generally get what you pay for, and a lot of times you are better off to go to a more professional shop with factory trained employees as far as TV's or monitors are concerned, or just go and replace them with a new one that at least has a year warranty, with extended warranties also available.
