I purchased a 2600.00 Acoustic guitar and it was received by the Sault sorting facility on February 16th, 2021. Today is the February 23, 2021. The driver that delivered the last parcel which was ordered from the same place as the guitar said that 15 trucks were going out last Saturday to catch up on delayed deliveries. This was a lie. I would rate a zero if I could.

Get to miss out on time sensitive events because the package that was shipped to you through a premium service couldn’t be delivered to me on time, I’d recommend updating your website with a window of days in which you package could arrive instead of lying to my face about the time of arrival, I would’ve just traveled the 16 hours to get it in person otherwise. Purolator doesn’t deserve your time or money. It’s only fast some of the time

Does this company even care about its customers? One of the worse delivering providers out there, if you think your package is coming in on time, better wait at least 2 weeks before it actually comes in. Trying to track your package? Oh wait that doesn’t even work either considering I ordered something a week ago and I can’t even see where the package is because it’s “not available”. Such a joke of a company I’m done ordering anything through Puralator. Hope many people see this and realize how terrible their service is, they should be a shame of themselves.

I make a purchase and unknown to me, Purolator is supposed to deliver my products to my home address. This never happens. They just send the package straight to the Sault Ste. Marie depot and send me a not to go pick it up. I live 65-70kms away from Sault Ste. Marie in Bruce Mines. It is fraud to willingly accept money for something that you have absolutely no intention to ever deliver the package. This is the 2nd time that I have made this complaint so I am realizing that this is Purolator's way of doing business. FRAUD. I am sure that if Amazon knew your criminal way of doing business, they would not use Purolator at all. When I purchase a product that advertises free delivery, it means free delivery if you have to get in your vehicle and drive 150kms to go the package. On my previous complaint on your review site, this email address was left after the fact that I had to go get the package. Again, I ordered a product from Amazon and again, Purolator has failed to deliver, what a surprise!! Your staff at the Sault Ste. Marie, is not of any help and all I hear is that I only work here. Some attitude. I want this product delivered to my home, not in some city too far to drive, not even talking about the cost in gasoline and wear and tear on my vehicle to go there and back numerous times. I will be telling anyone who will listen about Purolator and not to order from Amazon if this is the way it is.
