Steve Bernardo and the staff at this location have ALWAYS been so helpful over the last 7 years. My mother in law purchased a wheelchair lift, wheelchair, electric wheelchair and many other items. My mother purchaded a couple of wheelchairs and unfortunately, we have had to purchase a specialty walker for our 21 year old daughter who was in a head on hit and run 20 months ago. Steve brought out a few different walkers for us to try. We finally found the right one and got it ordered right away. As soon as it came in, Steve drove out and we tried it out. Any questions I have ever had are answered right away and this store has always been very friendly, helpful and courteous. Way to go gang!!!!! Rene and Maresa Cappelli

When my wife realized she could no longer get around safely with a walker she felt lost. Thanks in part to the professional and compassionate team from Motion - Sault Ste Marie led by Kori McLean she is now enjoying a new found freedom and independence with her power wheelchair. Motion has done a great job, keeping me moving with my equipment needs. Andre has been very courteous and does his best to get me scheduled in quickly for repairs. Steve Schell has a keen eye for details in regards to installation and repairs. He installed the lift in my car three times (same lift, three different cars) and it was always done right, right away.
