I finally made the trek to the bulk barn , I have lived in Sault for two years as of April 2020. I am so happy I did, same friendly experience like I am accustomed to from back home! Extra bonus they had my favorite K-cups!

Very busy place and sometimes hard to find what you're looking for but the staff always seem so sweet and willing to help. Today was seniors discount day and the card and patience I saw with their customers were so kind nice and caring.

Check your receipts. Three times, i've given this place a chance. I go there to buy oats in bulk, scotch oats, which are cheaper and CONSIDERABLY smaller than "rolled oats" First time, I let it slide, it was a difference of two dollars, I didn't notice until i got home. Second time, it was my only purchase so i gave the item code to the teller, checked the receipt on my way out, charged for ROLLED OATS again, asked for my correction and refund which was only 75 cents. A big deal was made of this, I paid via debit and was THROWN 75 cents in cash, which I did not want or asked for. (for obvious reasons) Third time, i went in and got two big bags full, marked one bag as they both were very obviously the same product. Got charged scotch oats for one bag AND ROLLED OATS FOR ANOTHER BAG. I'm assuming at this point it's done on purpose while hoping you don't notice. ALWAYS CHECK before you pay.
