Couldn't have asked for a better visit to the emergency room regarding my knee. Dr. Parent made it a great experience with his positivity and was very thorough!!

Horrible place to be it's a hospital so what can you expect. However the waiting time to see a physician was beyond ridiculous 6 hours in the emergency to be told to go take some ibuprofen and have a nights rest and everything should be fine. went home and two hours later was rushed via ambulance because a blood vessel in my brain ruptured and could have been prevented if the doctor would have ran a simple blood test. So my rating on this hospital the absolute worst in North America they don't care about the patients here they only care about themselves and the size of their bank account rated -0.

I arrived to ER as a person with a visible disability experiencing an unrelated acute condition. I was discriminated against, refused service/care and treated abusively from onset. Now we're going to go through the long drawn out process of litigation for violations to Human Rights and neglect of care toward a valid OHIP holder. These 'medical professionals' are cowboy doctors with messed up/obscene antics readily at their disposal and little understanding of the scope of care they're obligated to provide. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility in this country. Take video and audio footage and have a witness present. Go through the Patient Ombudsman or take necessary legal action. These animals belong in cages not handling life/death situations.

Triage staff in emergency are rude and judgemental. They talk down to anyone they think is under them and the care provided to said individuals by the staff is reflected in that. They show an obvious lack of care for aboriginal community members, POC and minorities in general. Doctors on staff pick and choose who they decide to help based on peoples apperance, social status and cultural backgrounds.. instead of a genuine desire to help all people. This is a place that is suppose to give unbiased care to a WHOLE community not judgment. SAH you can do better.

I arrived at 330 am 11th October this morning. I was deeply concerned with my condition. Nearly 4 hours later having been advised and given the clearance to go, my condition cleared up. All staff from reception, to the young doctor on call have my vote.
