The staff is amazing, sweet and they always take their time when explaining products/procedures. Trusting someone with your pet can be challening, but when your pet gets excited when you pull in the parking lot, you know you have found the right place! They spayed my dog and the entire time kept me updated with how she was doing and where they were at with her surgery/recovery. I love taking my dog in for her check ups and she loves going too.
The staff is exceptionally caring and thorough. I love the option of ordering my pet food online for extra savings and peace of mind that my pet always has her food. Booking appointments is hassle free, and the reminders are very helpful. My concerns for the health and welfare of my pet are always addressed with compassion. Treatment plans are customized and explained in detail. But the biggest reason for continuing to trust Port Elgin Veterinary Clinic with the care of my pet is that she thinks of the staff as her family.
