Every time I visit The Wellness Refinery in Sauble Beach I am greeted by the most lovely, kind-hearted staff that are always bursting with positivity. They serve quality coffee and make the most beautiful smoothie bowls I have ever seen! I am fulfilled by the environment at The Wellness Refinery and always look forward to my next visit.

This is easily one of my favourite spots in Sauble. The drinks and food are both amazing and you can tell they're made with high quality, healthy ingredients. The staff is always really friendly and helpful if I'm struggling with what to order. Nothing but positive things to say!
This cafe was super lovely. A great place to find healthy food and good coffee in the Sauble Beach area. The staff are friendly and everything we ordered was delicious. The price point is a little higher, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
This is such a cute place to stop by for a healthy meal before heading down to the beach. We sat out on their front patio and had their smoothie bowls and warm granola bowls. They were stunning to look at and kept us full for hours. There is also a store where you can buy jewelry, oils, teas and a lot more. Definitely check it out.
This spot stole my heart from my very first weekend in Sauble. The team behind the delicious specialty lattes, nutritious plates and well curated boutique is so positive and knowledgeable. The Wellness Refinery quickly became my escape and favourite spot in the area. You can't go wrong with the vanilla chai smoothie, avocado toast on a bagel, house nut milk latte and the BEST oatmeal chocolate chip cookie you've ever had!!
So delicious! The best place I have ever visited The staff were friendly and always smile :) Smoothie bowl, hummus tosts and kombucha were tasty! Atmosphere and interior are cute and comfort. Thank you!
The Wellness Refinery is a must-visit for my family every time we go to Sauble Beach. Healthy food that’s filling and feels indulgent?! Win-win-win. Even my picky 3.5yo loves it. The place is so cute and the staff are the best. We are big fans of the berry bowl and beet toast and I can’t wait to try the Avo toast next time! Highly, highly recommend.
This place is a Gem, and worth making a weekend trip to Sauble Beach for. The food is healthy and fresh, and the coffee (I've tried the drip) is SO good. If you're going to try one of the toasts, I'd highly recommend the Beet & Walnut toast (add an egg!) or the Banana Nut Toast (if you're not a morning person, it will MAKE you a morning person). The smoothies are also super refreshing and satisfying, and the Bliss Balls... their name says it all. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
