We had an excellent experience!! The lady doing the ultrasound was very friendly and took her time getting great pictures. It was nice and private and my husband was able to come with which was amazing. We chose the bronze package and we were given lots of time to look at the 2D and 3D images and of the baby moving around. I found the price to be very reasonable given the incredible experience you get! I was 17 weeks and the ultrasound tech was able to tell the gender within minutes! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant!! We will definitely come back with our next baby. THANK YOU UC BABY!!

Due to Covid 19 my husband hasn't been able to accompany me to any prenatal appointments, and I am SO glad we booked this ultrasound. This was his first experience seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat, and he was very excited to come! The day before we received very detailed directions to the facility, and instructions on what to do for Covid protocols. Wendy was so professional and personable and just gave us an amazing experience together :) My family absolutely loved being able to tune in via the live feed, and I love that we have it all on video and lots of great pictures! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

My husband and I went here a few days ago and absolutely loved the experience! Our tech Wendy was awesome and super patient. The baby kept moving around but she took her time and made sure we got some good photos of him! She made suggestions to try to get the baby in the right position and it paid off! I had a wonderful time at UC baby!! My baby wasn’t making it easy to see the gender and Wendy (apologies if I have the wrong name) was so patient and took her time to make sure we left knowing baby’s gender. This was my third visit and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Loved it! The ultrasound technician was super nice, she had compliments for baby & we even laughed about baby’s face expressions together lol service was great! definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for good quality 3D photos of their baby :)

This was the worst experience we have ever had for an ultrasound. We saw no images of the baby other than what we can see in a normal free ultrasound. The poor quality equipment made it show less than a regular ultrasound. Poor customer service saying this is life when we pointed out we would have liked to see the additional image of any part of the baby. Back, leg, bottom. We didn’t care and were open to anything. The mother laying on her back had no view of what was going on. Construction was happening so we couldn’t hear her very much or actually lose ourselves in the experience. We had to question her if the sound of construction would bleed into the heartbeat sound so she asked them to stop. She should have done that on her own. Telling her we were done and asking where the washroom was had her saying well this is just life sweetie. I asked where the bathroom was so I can clean up and leave not listen to life advice. After such a terrible service listening to construction, her cell phone ringing during the service, we had driven 3 hours to come, we were not coming back after an experience like that. She also stopped to read her personal email during the event, something from her church. And while the mother was walking around to see if the baby would move more, she asked the rest of the family about personal medical issues that was none of her business and she was told as such. We have had these before with other pregnancies so went in expecting it to be similar. There is a difference between disappointment and just completely poor service. We know babies won’t cooperate all the time, we know ours is extra wriggly. But all of the other issues just made this a complete waste of time and money.
