We had an excellent experience with Two Small Men with big Hearts, Saskatoon. The two young men Eric and Alex were very careful with our stuff and very respect with us. They placed everything where we wanted. They worked all morning without taking a break. The cost was very reasonable . Best decision we made when we choose them.
The 2 gentleman were extremely effective and efficient and took apart my couch and my bed and put it all back together, as what seemed to me, easily. The company contacts were friendly and I was impressed with their affordability. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Worth having an outside company move your belongings!
The movers were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The only complaint would be that the company charges a minimum 1 hour travel time(we only moved 4 blocks/5 minutes) and charged a 5% fuel surcharge (on total amount which obviously was not reflective of fuel used). There should be a mileage option if you want to offer best service to clients.
I'm giving one star rating to company itself and not necessarily the Saskatoon branch. When I called the company to get a quote, i answered all their questions to the best of my knowledge. Their quote seemed reasonable to me and I placed the order. It was supposed to be a 3-4 hours work with three movers. On the moving day, I saw their truck and felt that it may not have enough capacity. I asked the crew if their truck is fine and they assured me that they can handle it. First of all, one of the movers couldn't continue working after about an hour. Then their truck didn't fit all of our stuff. They said that will charge me 129 per hour instead of 159 because of having only two movers (one person joined for unloading the stuff later) which was fair to me. At the end they charged me for 5 hours of moving (plus other costs) which ended up being the same as 4 hours with three movers! Additionally I had to go back and forth about 12 times to get the rest of our stuff back (see the attached picture) with my car. After more than a month email communication (and sometimes waiting three weeks to get a response from them) with their "After-Service Manager", all they said was "we're so sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with us". A fair and reasonable company that CARES about customer satisfaction would do its best to acquire its customers' satisfaction. I asked them to pay me back that one extra hour they charged me (about 150) and stick to their initial quote of 3-4 hours but with the reduced hourly rate. They not only refused to do that but also didn't care that I had to complete what they were supposed to accomplish. Basically, they said this is what it is, deal with it! I warn anyone who's going to work them. Don't trust their quote. If you're not happy with the work, don't pay them until they finish the job. They only think about their benefit and not the customer's experience.
I hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts for my recent move within Saskatoon and had a great experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and were kind and understanding. Erik R and Brent L were friendly, helpful, and careful with my belongings. They made the move easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend and would use them again.
The Move went off beautifully. The employees were efficient, hard working and quick. The entire move took only 2.5 hours. We are very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!
