The go to place for all your rider needs obviously. Helpful but not pushy staff. They had deals before Christmas which was nice and of course boxing day. I recommend going here rather than online shopping.

My family & I visited this store to get some gear for the new season. After driving from Alberta we stopped at this location. The lady who worked there wasn’t very welcoming and thought it was a great idea to scold my children and take items from their hands. If this location is so worried about shoplifting there should be preventive measures in place besides following customers and making them feel insecure about browsing items. I have shopped in Regina location and was never approached with such poor customer service. Please ensure the staff are trained to be more polite/helpful to all who enter the store. P.S. I still love my team and support them so I got more then I intended.
I love shopping here and finding unique items. Of course 15% off regularly priced stuff, as an owner also helps.

Quick service but didn't have the pink ladies rider shirt. She wasn't familiar with it. Too bad.
Thank you for your exceptional effort in getting a pair of Roughrider Sweats here to Victoria in time for Christmas. My husband is delighted with them and insists on donning them as his "evening wear". I believe it was "Dan" who executed this very efficient and helpful order response for me but in any case your whole operation appears to be very well managed.
