If I could I would put 0 star on this one. Bad costumer service! When it was Easter time on Sunday I decided to get tacotime and went into the store. Nobody came up to me, so I just I just took time to decided what I want to order. However after I chose what I wanted, still nobody came up to me. I said "hallo" but person at the back decided to ignore me, while she watched a movie from the phone. I again said "hallo" then she finally decided to move her butt. It seemed like I disturbed her from very important thing with my visit. After such costumer service even food didnt taste as always. Will never go there again.

My fiance and I went here the other night. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked so we went inside and waited for a worker to come to the counter. A woman came from around the counter and shouted "Hey! We're closed, it's 8!" and then followed us out and turned the open sign off behind us. It was still a couple minutes before 8 at that point, but we were put off by her rudeness and will not be going back. There was no sign with hours posted anywhere on the exterior of this Taco Time either, and a quick Google search says it is open until 9 on Mondays, which is the day we went.
Late reviewing but on AUGUST 20th I had this Taco Time cator for my wedding. The two female workers did fantastic. All the food was there, no mistakes, And I was given a free LARGE container of that delicious HOT sauce. Everything was packaged appropriately so nothing spilled upon travelling. Felt a better experience their than I would have preimagined. 10/10 or in this case 5 Stars.
Ordered a couple taco salads and ask for a certain type of dressing and was given every option but a dressing option . kept trying to explain what i wanted and still didnt understand. Only ended up frustrated when i left this location. Service was slow and it wasnt even busy at all.
THEY ALWAYS FORGET MY CHEESE SAUCE! NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT DOZENS OF TIMES! I get home, open the bag and cheese sauce isn't there! Tacos are good but they barely have any beans in them! but they charge for my cheese sauce and they always forget it!!!!
Why was there only one person working. It took 45 minutes to get my food and the one worker was on her phone. Ingredients were not equally dispersed in burrito and wrapped poorly. Go to the 8th Street one, that one has excellent service.
Beef burrito has no flavour. Bland.
Worst taco time in the city. Just go to the one on 8th. Gave it two tries and the food was cold and the beef tasted old on both occasions. Also it wasn't busy either times.
