Tried to buy a trunk lock through their website, the only reply I ever received was an automated email. I even gave them the exact part number. I went in person and they wouldn't sell me one... I simply needed a lock for my car. I did however manage to buy some other parts in person, previously. I ended up having to buy a used lock to get re keyed. Thanks for being so unfriendly and condescending.

People here are very kind, helpful and very straightforward to deal with. No hassles, transaction is very easy and comfortable. Quy and Shirley and everyone include the crews in the shop are very nice people. This is the best dealership in Saskatoon!
If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from Subaru of Saskatoon you must ask for Quy TRAN. I bought a 2016 Outback and it had everything I was looking for, Quy made me feel very comfortable in my purchase. 23 days after I purchased the vehicle my wife drove it to Calgary. The next morning she drove to a coffee shop to get a coffee before her meeting and when she came out the vehicle would not start. The battery was toast. Quy reimbursed us for the new battery, I just chalked it up to the purchase date being Friday the 13th.
A couple of weeks ago I called the dealership to advise my windshield wipers weren't working properly...I was told I could drop by without an appointment. I dropped by a couple of days later and Christian promptly checked out my wipers and fixed the issue immediately....I really appreciated that. I was there for only 5 minutes and they were very busy! Staff at this dealership are great!!
"Test drive? No you can't". I was in the market a couple years ago for a performance vehicle. A Subaru WRX STI without a wing (I was a 32 father of two) was top of my list. When I went to test drive an STI I was told I couldn't. I was told "STI drivers know what they are buying and want 0km cars. You wouldn't except to test drive a Lamborghini would you?" I laughed and said "Yah, I would". After I was about to walk out the guy (Slick head salesman Q something) said I could test drive a used previous generation model (everything different except engine) or a base WRX (different engine). I explained they were not the same for dozens of reasons, and it was ridiculous to even suggest it. Long story short I test drove a Volkwagen Golf R and Honda Civic Type R with no issues and ended up with the Golf. Subaru Edmonton said I could test drive an STI but I wasn't willing to drive there. Ford did not have a Focus RS but said it wouldn't be a problem if they did.

I would like to share me experience of my recent fix. My car's battery drained when outside temp drop to -40 this winter(2021). When I tried to open the hood for a jump start, the hood latch cable was broken. Can't imagine anything worse than that. My car is still under 3-year warrenty so I gave a call to Subaru of Saskatoon. The service people recommend me to call Subaru 360 CARE to arrange a tow truck. The lady at 360 CARE is patient and nice, the tow truck came within 15 mins. When the truck left my home, it was alread 5:00pm, which is aleady after the service hour. I called the sales and they helped me to receive the car so that I don't have to have a friend sending me there at 5:30 pm. Fixing is not "fast", because they need a specialist from Subaru's part shop to open my hood with a special tool. It also takes a week to order and install the new hood latch cable. But the service guy is alwasy patient to answer my phone call and report the progress to me. My hood latch cable is well fixed and it's working smoothly now, and I got a free car wash! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with customer.
I’ve brought my car in for service a few times and it was always a positive experience. Christian and the rest of the team are super friendly and helpful! They don’t try to scam you into buying things you don’t need either. Just great service all around. I’m moving and I’m seriously going to miss the service at Subaru of Saskatoon.
