Had an engagement ring made here and they were so easy to deal with and was a much smoother process that I could have imagined. Once it was done the service they give for resizing and cleaning was way better than I could have ever expected. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Absolutely amazing people with some of the best customer service around! I dropped off my Fiance's ring to have some work done, and they said that it would just take a couple days. Well my Fiance then discovered she has a bridal shower in a day. When I called the store to ask if I could just pick it up then drop it off later so she has it for the shower, they said come by tonight and they promised they will have it done! Wouldn't ever go anywhere else!
When it came time to get my engagement ring, we decided to look into doing a custom ring. Fred at Rings and Things was recommended to both my fiancé and I separately, so we knew that was the place to go! We met with Fred and he had a idea right away with my description and a few idea photos. All the time lines he gave, he was on top of them. He worked within our budget, and didn’t let it compromise the design or style of the ring. When we received the ring, it was beautiful and exactly what we had imaged. We then also got Fred to recreate a ring my grandmother had, and it was so perfect and looks the exact same. So pleased with his work and the experience, we will definitely use him for any jewelry needs and continue to recommend him to everyone!

I brought Fred a picture of a ring I wanted created as I had a very negative experience with a previous jeweller. Fred was amazing to work with from day one. He took the time to listen to me, gave me options with different diamond sizes and managed my expectations. Fred was very accommodating with the modifications I requested throughout the process, even after the ring was completed! He definitely takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. The end result for me was a ring I love and and an experience I thoroughly enjoyed!
Was recommended here by a friend... I had high hopes that I had found a solid jeweller. Boy... were those hopes squashed pretty much instantly. The man who “helped” me had grey hair and was quite short. He made it seem as though the very basic repair I required was an incredible inconvenience. He was eye rolling and snarky to me from the get go and quoted me an incredibly exorbitant price. I took my jewellery and left... went to a reputable jeweller down the street and was quoted HALF.... seriously... half of what Rings n Things quoted me. The “store” is dumpy and the employee I dealt with was very tactless. Won’t recommend or return—ever.
I had come to Fred to discuss opportunities for making an engagement ring. He worked with me through ideas that I had, and the end product was amazing. My fiancé is very pleased with the result, and I am very happy to have had the opportunity to work with such excellent and experienced staff.
Customer service is friendly and prompt. Family business makes you feel right at home.
