Lacy did a great job for us yet again, this time with the sale of the same house she helped us buy in Nutana. She went the extra mile listing it twice over two different seasons and handling a number of repairs, cleaning, and maintenance since we were no longer living in Saskatoon. She coordinated our listing for months while we were living away from Saskatoon. Scheduling showings, tidying the house and keeping us in the loop about showings and interactions with our tenant. After our tenants moved out she helped coordinate a pre-sale inspection, staging, and multiple trades (electrical, appliance, paint etc.) until it was ready for sale. Lacy put together a thorough listing that generated showings and ultimately a fair sale price for our home.
