If I could, I would give half a star. Took my truck in for diagnostic. Charged me 432 and all they did was tell me what I already know and changed my spark plug (singular). I even gave them the code for a lean bank. When I took it to another mechanic, he cleaned the injectors and the truck runs great. I highly recommend not going here. Honestly, brings a bad name to shopping local and supporting local business. Especially during a pandemic. Rob, thanks for calling me to follow up and getting me to consider changing my rating to a more honest one.

I don't see why I shouldn't give them five stars. I had a chip crack on my windshield. Called them and got an appointment for the next day morning. Took my car there. Staffs were courteous. Within an hour it was done. Reasonably priced service I believe. While I was waiting for my car I saw a couple who came in and were upset about their car. The way the staffs dealt with them was nice. They were polite and helpful the whole time.
Thorough all systems review completed with a report. Only necessary work done. Glenwood is keeping my car in excellent condition and I hope to get another 100,000 km of happy driving!
We had our Hybrid battery fail on us and they were able to get us in the next day. Great communication with us throughout the diagnostic stage and provided us with options very quickly. Once we decided to go ahead with the repair, the car was fixed exactly when they said it would be, for exactly the price of the quote. The work is quality, and I won’t go to anyone else now. This is the place to go!

Charged me 200 to put the car up, inspect it, then fed me a load of bull about how there was 2000 worth of damage and tried to make me sign something saying that it was unsafe to drive. I then took my car to a mechanic recommended by a friend. 600 to fix everything. They tried to strong arm me into a 2000 charge and charged me 200 just to lie to me. Clearly, I would not recommend. Edit: wrote review for my girlfriend's service experience.
Such a great service!! I felt right at home. The owner was extremely helpful and honest about the work my car needed. Also they covered a portion of my rental which was extremely thoughtful of them, you guys go above and beyond. Thank you so much, I’ve now found a great place to take my car to every time I need help!!! Thank you!!!
I totally recommend this place. Great service and very friendly people. Got to meet there nice dog too! Took the Chevy blazer there on Friday. The heater stopped working and I needed to get it fixed on the same day... So they got it on priority and I picked it up a few hours later. After everything it was a fairly reasonable price. 11 out of 10. ️
