Really nice staff. I was a bit surprised that they moved and how downsized they were. Sorry to see no Ducati's were in. In their defense, it's early April and we're in a Pandemic. Looking forward to going back for that test ride.

First a huge thanks to Devin! I had gotten the valve adjustment service kit through triumph and the kit had been missing an o-ring. They helped me out fast! Thanks a lot guys! Saved my summer plans getting it to me so fast!!!! Now a more in depth review. Got my triumph through them back in '15, were very accommodating in working with me to get the bike I wanted. Triumph was an excellent choice of bike. Few minor issues, but love the build. I am quite far from Saskatoon, so being able to service myself is vital for me. I can order all my parts easily through their website and get it shipped to my house. So if you want a bike that is rugged and serviceable for those that put on the mileage? Get a triumph through these guys. The service intervals have these kits so you got everything to do the work if you need to do it yourself. Triumph sells these and official service manuals right through their parts. No hassles. After an accident, they got my bike fixed quickly, could never tell it had been down. Reason for four stars instead of five, I did have a poor service experience once from an error with a warranty repair, more than outweighed by the positive experience. Again, thanks a lot Devin! I thought that missing o-ring was going to delay and derail my plans since I could not find the correct size anywhere in my city. But thanks to your huge assistance, I can get it back together before the weekend! Saved my summer plans! Attached just a fun pic of my Tiger with one of my vintage bikes. My sled broke down. I pulled in behind their yard. They immediately looked at the sled on the trailer and found the problem, well a couple of problems. Right away the forklift came and removed it. They ordered the parts and repaired the sled checked it over and had it put on my trailer in a couple of days. Awesome job to everyone at Ffun! I do appreciate it.
I bought a snowmobile last year. And business is some of the nicest people to work with on owning motor toys. They go out of their way to answering questions and meeting your needs on your toys.
Service is great. Dropped the bike off for a recall and they got it in right away.
This place is no fun they never return your calls you phone in for parts the lady up fronts says there busy can they call you back ok two days later still no call you phone she says the same thing . And when you get to order you parts and have to pay upfront we will call when parts are in good luck service is less then 1 star
Horrible service and mechanics!!! Waited two months for my sled and came back worse than before!!! Called Mathew and he basically blamed it on me and told me if your good with a wrench to fix it yourself! Why the f@&’ did I take it to u in first place. Charged me 1200 bucks and I had to take it to another mechanic. I left a message with the GM and he can’t even call me back! I want my money back !!! Taking them to small claims court now!!! Brutal
