Came in yesterday to purchase myself a birthday gift and pay for some pawns and was helped by Mackenzie who noticed it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday. It was awesome that she cared enough to notice that. The staff here is so friendly.

Just purchased a socket, when i tried to pay by my credit card for 6, they ask for the ID. Why do you need ID for a 6 dollar purchase. I used my debit card instead. They charged 0.50 for a surcharge because they said the Moneris (debit card company) charged. Then i phone the Moneris to confirm, Moneris said they only charge 0.02 for each debit transactions, and the company is suppose to cover the fee. RIPPED OFF!!!!!! I guess you can enjoy to pay the fake google reviews!!
Picked up my layaways yesterday and then was informed that the next item I put on layaway they would make the first payment for me! A good deal. Katie helped me choose a few pieces of jewelry to put on layaway and I can't wait to pick them up!
Clean and nice store with lots to browse. Helpful and friendly staff! Katie was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful! Would recommend in the future.
ABSOLUTELY poor slow, slow, slow service ever. Paid for a pawn. I was told by one of the employee to come back at said time and that I wouldn’t have to wait in line because I had paid off the pawn. NO STARS but unfortunately had to give something in order for this post to be posted.

Thought I would give this shop a try so I phoned there to see if they had an Xbox 360 controller available . Someone answered ( wasn't an automated message) and said ' Thank you for calling cash Canada we are closed , please call back tomorrow after 10 am' . Ok but if you're closed at 6 pm instead of 8 pm like both your website and google say, then you should update both to reflect that otherwise people are being mislead.
