Service was quick and easy. Great customer service and the product worked as intended. Get place to get your keys cut. They do have other products on sale like door knobs etc.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Went to Home Depot last summer to get a key cut for my car. Waited almost 15 minutes to talk to someone only to be told thet couldn't make me a programmed key and I'd only be able to get one from the dealership. They didn't even offer to cut a non-programmed so I could just open my doors in case I locked myself off. Decided to try out Burnett's out of curiosity. They offered a plain key for 4, or a programmed key for 95. I was in and out of the store in under FOUR minutes. Totally exceeded my expectations. I purchased the programmed key and it works perfectly! The gentleman who helped me was professional and courteous. I'd give this place more than five stars if I could!
I got there as soon as I could after leaving work. I arrived at 3 minutes til close. They informed me that it would take too much time to cut my type of key. That it would be past closing time. It was Christmas eve. So I let it go. Who knows what type of a day they had. Now I am stuck to get an expensive key...

Would not recommend. We have had several keys cut here as they are walking distance from a few buildings we own. But every single time we get something cut from them, they never work. Aside from that fact, I've called a few times about a few things and they are just rude and condescending. Ask them a simple question and they act like you spat in their face. I would recommend Expert Locksmith, as they know what they're doing and no matter what question I ask, it's always followed up with a smile and an answer. The young kid that works here is especially bad.
Fast, friendly, and professional service. I bought new locks for my house and they keyed them all the same and cut a few extra sets of keys while I waited. Reasonable pricing. I will certainly use Burnett’s services again in the future.
