I recently bought a used BMW 330i X-Drive from this dealership. Sales rep Phil was very accommodating and did not pressure me in to a purchase, I like that. Brad in finance looked after the details and offered me a fair trade price. I live out of town, so I really appreciated that they got me in and out quickly, no hassle, just two great guys to deal with! My wife loves her new car, bonus!
My wife and I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. The salesman was Jasen Bellamy.He was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to explain the features of car to us.He made us feel very welcome and comfortable with our purchase. Jim James in finance was also very helpful with helping us make the proper program choices for our car. Our experience was excellent and felt we made the right choice with BEMA Autosport.
This is a business that demonstrates customer service in truly an unparalleled noble fashion. All employees have an excellent understanding of what a great experience looks like because they hold themselves up to such high standards. I am always treated like a guest at a hotel. In 7 years of dealing with this place, there hasn't been a time where I wasn't asked for water upon arrival and a follow up call to confirm satisfaction after visit. I trust their advice and I feel that they know me and I know them. Cant say enough about Nick, Kyle, Dave, Jim, Brad and Johnny and everyone in between. All are huge asset to BMW. One time Johnny was driving me to the airport in an X5 and he saved us from a seemingly unavoidable accident. Hard to forget.
Fast and timely service and productive and helpful customer service. The younger shuttle driver, who’s name slips my mind, was very professional and friendly. They are always quick to offer a refreshment. Makes a day to get small repairs done extremely easy! Thanks again

Brad Thiessen was great to deal with. We had an issue with a lease return. After many challenges with BMW financial and the dealership , Brad was able to resolve all of the issues. He realized that we were BMW’s customer and that he and the dealer had a responsibility to fix things. I would highly recommend him. He flipped the script and changed a sour experience into a positive one.
