The best travel agency by far! I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked inside the agency. The staff was very helpful in making sure my vacation was what I wanted in every way. They are now being featured at a Goodlife & Fit4Less near you as the highly recommended travel agency.
Where do I even start? Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I booked with them because I wanted to use my airmiles transat certificates, otherwise I wouldn't have. It took them almost a week to get my original invoice to me. I tried to call in to even get a reservation number and no one could provide it. It typically took three days to get an email response to any questions I had. I am a frequent last-minute traveler, and twice wanted to book cruises that I ended up just booking myself because no one followed up with me by phone or by email. It was actually a relief to cancel the original booking due to a work conflict, but now I'm stuck with the transat certificates.
They know their business. Ask if you have a question....they'll find the answer for you. Very professional.
Absolutely the worst experience with Marlin Travel. Cristel is hands down the most incompetent travel agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We went to a wedding in Mexico that was an absolute mess after Cristel didn’t secured the venue, and it ended up costing the married couple ALOT more money. When confronted she was rude and demanded that people apologize to her. Please do not give these people your business.
