Have been left with out a dryer for over 2 weeks now and was rudely told by maintenance that’s not their problem. Had someone come to fix a leak and break my toilet and tried blaming me for it. Front door has paint peeling off it apparently that’s not managements problem either. Try and call your landlord from this company about anything besides rent .... you can’t reach them. They will collect your rent though! That’s about all these people do. You could die from mold which took them 9 MONTHS TO RESOLVE because they never bother coming to fix or check anything. WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. VERIFIED TENANT.

Best company I have ever rented from. I have lived in my unit for 4 years now and never had a problem with T.I.S Property Management. Any complaint or problem I have had was dealt with very fast and professionally. Would recommend to anyone to rent from them.

If I could rate no stars I would. The SlumLords are completely disrespectful and have absolutely no regards for your well being. Completely over priced for a small unit, occupancy have a Do-What-You-Want and get away with it card, dangerous/drug users, building not up to code, break - ins common, Have experienced one living with this company/name, no punishments towards criminals. I have to say the TIS management team of Brothers is the LAST team I would choose EVER in the city of Sarnia, Ontario Canada and the entire Lambton districts. Anything you say will not matter to them for the party believes they know what's best for any and all occupants of any building they own or acquire. If you have small children you can get away with anything, or female for that matter for the oldest of the brothers is sexist and prejudice. Could even be racist. Have had to call police many times in occupancy.
