I would not recommend this place. Pretty bad customer service. A week ago I happen to be in the area visiting grandma. I went to buy chocolates for my Christmas stocking and they have a bin with mark down items. I purchased a couple of natural remedies for grandma from the bin. Unforutanley, she could not have them due to allergies. Next day I went back with the two items to ask for a refund or exchange, or credit. The manager told me that anything in the discount bin was non-refundable. which I was not aware. She also took a long look at my bill and made a comment, that I had only bought sales items! and nothing at a regular price. I don't know what she was getting at. The chocolates were .50 cent off not a big bargain for her unnecessary negative comment. I am a Shopper's person I am used to great customer service.
Exceptional service. I like that I can order my script by phone and pick up later. Automated calls when ready to pick up.
What can I say really? They're fast, efficient and friendly. 5 stars.
On two occasions they have not had drugs in stock when needed to have a prescription filled. They have a very poor refill system on their medication, that sends the order thru 2 days after you run out, if it something you need everyday what good does that do. If you have access to another pharmacy I would suggest that instead of Rexall.
