They close early during lockdown. Made a quick phone call to them and said they would wait a few minutes for me. I of cousre was late getting out of work. They stayed for me. My daughter gets her her first pair of skates sharpened because of the amazing service I received. Thank you.

Was looking for Sr goalie pants (not very common) and found what i needed and at a great price! Great to have staff that are very knowledgeable about the position and sized me up perfectly! Kudos to Kevin for the great help!

My grandson’s elbow pads were supposed to be ready today October 30th, no phone call was received to say they were ready. My son stopped there on his way home from work and you were closed, now my grandson will not be able to play hockey tomorrow because he plays at nine in the morning and your not open until ten. I find this to be very poor customer service.

So I called this Sarnia location. Asked about trade in because I needed to upgrade her practice pants , skates and Girdle for Ringette . She said yes we take trade in on everything but the gill . But as soon as I walk into store , oh sorry we dont carry pants or gills .. Then proceeds to tell me I never asked if they stocked those items . Not sure what upgrading these 3 specific items meant then . So a 30min drive to sarnia for nothing . I hope they find a better customer service personal .

Had a larger runner put on to a smaller skate and I was told by some friends that it couldn't be done. Had Kevin look at it and said it should be no problem and sure enough he was able to do it. It looks and feels like a normal skate. If anyone can tweak your equipment, it's Kevin & his staff. Thank you!!
