Fast service, brought in on Friday and it was ready Tuesday. Pricey service imo yes; but the cost to me out of my personal time and time to recover my dead HDD made it worth it to me. I would recommend if you do not have the skills or time to go here.

If you're thinking of buying a used laptop there, don't. It's all sales are final and includes peices of junk that are falling apart. At first didnt see it but the one arm of the laptop was lifting up and coming apart. And I was told by a computer technician that it was because of opening and closing it too many times and we only had it 4 days!!! And it was for my step son's virtual schooling! I had no idea the owner of this establishment was so unhelpful and keniving. Tried to accused us of doing ourselves with clearly no dings or signs of physical abuse or it being dropped. I'm really disappointed and angry that I lost out on 420 because of a place that pawns off damaged equipment onto unexpected customers. Never again will I step into this business for anything!! I wish there was something I could do

Never had a problem been going there for years. He's always helped me and never once seemed shady.

Tried to use his service a 2nd time but he failed to deliver. Had to keep calling for updates with no results.

Had a terrible experience when I got my 2011 MacBook Pro epaired\. First the good, the employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The owner did stay late to work on my laptop the night before a holiday which was much appreciated. This however was overshadowed by the weeks I waited with no communication from the shop. No updates, nothing. It was almost 2 months before I heard a word back from them after dropping my computer off. Then things got worse, when I finally did hear from them I had to wait another month before they could fix it. After waiting almost 3.5 months I finally was told I could pick it up. Everything ran smoothly at the shop but as soon as I brought it home the laptop wouldn't hold a charge and would freeze after startup. Called the owner and told him the issue. Took it back in, waited another two weeks. Then I was given the option to get a refurbished MacBook from them at a discounted price. The specs weren't even close to my laptop so I said no. Was starting to get frustrated and suspicious about the owner. End result, the owner did a couple tweaks and got it so the laptop could some what perform. Total cost was 600 and my laptop runs for 10 minutes before slowing down to the point of not functioning or freezes altogether. Waste of time, money and energy. Hope the young guy working there finds a better place to work cause the owner seems like he has bad business practices and gives off a untrustworthy vibe.
