First the good stuff; they had a lot of staff working and we didn't wait long to place our order. They were also very diligent at letting the maximum of people in the store. The not so good;. We shouldn't have to ask you to change your gloves after serving meat to create a veggie bowl. This should be standard practice. The first person dumped the bottom of the bucket of grains into the top of the new grains and they had clearly been sitting around for quite some time cuz they were hard and crunchy and dried out.

This particular Mucho Burrito location has to be the most consistent \fast food\ type restaurant I have ever experienced. My family and I frequent this location and each visit we receive great food, prepared relatively quickly by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Even if there is a line, the wait is significantly less than the time you would spend in a Drive Thru at other fast food restaurants. There is a particular staff member there, perhaps a manager or franchisee, I believe his name is Matt; he always goes above and beyond and is the best service industry worker I have ever encountered. Keep up the great work everyone!
I ordered today around 7pm and the staff was wonderful!! They were super sweet, made the burrito very fast but not lacking on the quality of preparing. Even though the avocado hummus is no longer available due to their updated menu, one of the staff members added a condiment on the side and said it would go really well️ He knew what he was talking about, my brother loved it! Thank you so much, you guys were awesome
