Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with these people. I bring my tires in the morning they said they were kind of busy but they would have them done by the afternoon and they would call me when they're ready. The next day I still haven't heard from them so I go down and the lady at the counter has no clue that I prepaid for my tires the day before they finally find my tires and tell me that they're sitting by the balancing machine and they're nowhere near ready yet but if I'm willing to wait half hour 45 minutes they'll be ready so I said okay I waited in the parking lot for over 45 minutes and went to check on my tires they still hadn't touched them so I told him I'd take my tires as is and I will not go back to that place there was no offer on discount no apology no nothing what the hell kind of business is that they don't know what they're doing even Joe's used tires would not have done that

Had a poor experience recently. Requested Molson Tire to fix a leaky tire which they did as expected. What was unexpected was the scratch in my leather seat. Only owned the car for 3 months and this wasn't there when I dropped off the vehicle for the repair. Took me stopping in 3 times and calling 7 times before finally speaking to the owner. Scott simply didn't believe me and tried using camera footage to say nothing was in anyone's back pocket when driving my vehicle. Mind you these are not x-ray cameras so I have no idea how he could take this stance....Future customers beware, post work customer service is quite poor.
Great service! Very quick and excellent prices.
So nice to find a shop that truly deserves a five star rating. Blew out a drive tire at 8pm. I was back on the road by 9pm. 1 hour from start to finish. Amazing price and friendly service. I've been out here for 22 years and have never seen better service. Needless to say I highly recommend this shop. Thanks Scott Molson!
