I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment and service I have received here over the last 2 yrs. Dr.Sara is an amazing dentist! She has done not only a great job with my teeth and treatment planning but she has also been so kind and patient with me during my visits. The hygienists and receptionists I have interacted with have all been just as great.

I'm a person who has anxiety when it comes to dental work. These lovely receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentists are very kind. They are very understanding, whether you've had previous dental trauma or if you're just a big whimp. They always make appropriate recommendations for types of toothpaste to use and suggest different ways to floss if it gets caught on cavities. Samantha booked all my appointments promptly and courteously. I saw Mandy for my cleaning and Dr. Neves for numbing and checkup. I'd recommend both of them. Mandy was really easy to connect with, and gives useful cleaning tips and techniques; she's legit. The appointment was painless and I left extremely grateful and happy. Thank you Lambton Family Dental, you are all very pleasant to be around and I'm very fortunate to be a patient here.

Lambton Family Dental is always a pleasure to deal with. You are treated like family, yet professionally from the moment you come in the front door. The COVID precautions in the building are very good (all dental rooms have plastic door coverings to somewhat limit airborne transmission. You complete a COVID screener and have your temperature taken on arrival. There is some room for improvement for building accessibility. There is a small flight of stairs on entry to the building. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp at the rear entrance. (I just think of seniors that may not be able to do stairs well). The service is always exceptional. I find that they don't rush you through an appointment. They are thorough yet productive. I have seen a few different dentists there over the years; they have all been incredibly friendly and well versed in their work. They have been able to accommodate same-day appointments for dental emergencies in our family. We never have trouble with billing (always a plus). Will be a lifetime customer.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this office is. Everyone in it was so chipper, kind, and reassuring. I have never liked going to the dentist and always get anxiety about it but today was fabulous. I wish I switched over decades ago!!!!!
