Purchasing my 2021 Crosstrek was the most seamless and wonderful experience. Shane, Leanne and the rest of the team were so awesome to work with. They were super accomodating and took care of all my questions and concerns surrounding the trading in of my old vehicle and getting into my new one. Side note: I am in love with the Crosstrek!! I had my car in for some warranty work. That went fine. I told the service advisor that my brakes were making some noise, and they said that the mechanic checked the brakes and said they were fine. My brakes were still making more noise, so i took the car to my regular mechanic and he told me there was one pad that was warn off and it was steel on steel... Not sure how they could have missed this.
Recently purchased my second Subaru from Fenwick Motors. As before, the Subaru staff were very friendly and helpful. Mike and Leighanne answered all of my questions and worked with me to get what I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase and I know with services done at Fenwick, it will last me a very long time.

I didn't end up buying my BRZ from Fenwick, I do a lot of my maintenance myself, but I've been in for the odd service as they are my local. They always wash my car for me, they have great prices on filters and such. Calls regarding the service are always informative and concise very professional.
