This place is great. I buy things from here weekly and have found some amazing deals saving hundreds. These are all online returns that are bid on and auctioned off. Sometimes they are not working and the auction company does their best to inspect but hard to tell sometimes. They are excellent with returns and are very clear in the auction process what is non returnable. This has been great for all sorts of items for me from clothes to electronics, especially with the pandemic not being able to browse stores.

Actively purchase from this auction almost every week. Great staff, Great products. Items can be a gamble, so as long as you do your due diligence and try them out after purchasing, the Staff is very fair on returns. Which does Not happen often in this type of industry. Always recommend and will continue to buy from! Cheers team.
Spent roughly 30 weeks buying from this auction weekly. The staff is really good and they are pretty clear about as-is items or return policy. However, almost none of the electronics stuff works and you have to take the time to return it. If you don’t make it in the short window, you’re stuck with junk. As I said, they are clear about this policy but I spent too much time returning stuff, it’s not worth buying from this auction. In my opinion (which really isn’t very educated on how they or other auctions run) they should spend time testing items rather than put the burden on the customer to test and return. You might like trying to find the diamond in the rough, but I’m my experience, they are VERY few and far between. For that reason, I’m out.
Worst auction ever. Here is an advice for the auction owner. Check all electronics before putting them on Auction. I bought and picked up a keyboard and it looked brand new. When I looked inside keyboard, I took all keycaps to clean inside keyboard. There was bunch of hairs and somebody spilled something inside keyboard. Also one day I bought galaxy watch 46mm. Everything was good, but watch didn't make any sound. Please inspect electronics very carefully next time.
*BEWARE BUYER* When you buy electronics from here, make sure to inspect them before leaving from auction. They gave me old version of electronics instead of new version. This is not first time they are doing it. I think they are drunk or something like that. For example, when I picked up, they gave me regular galaxy buds instead of 2nd version galaxy buds. Also, funny thing is after that galaxy buds were defective. What a waste of money.
