So sad that you are not doing eye exams on children when your child has a lazy eye and needs a new prescription to replace her broken glasses. So the only way I am able to do the eye exam is if I pay an extra 70 dollars for a special screening that OHIP won't cover. Is this an example of price gouging during a pandemic? Sounds like it might be? So during a pandemic eye exams and replacing broken glasses are non essential? How do kids see during a pandemic? So surprised, disappointed and so frustrated.

All the staff are excellent at this location. In particular, I receive outstanding care from Dr. Stratton and Tim Fletcher. The clinic is beautifully and spaciously laid out, with ample parking. I was totally comfortable with the Covid procedures during my most recent visit
