The bosses worker started screaming about wine being spilt on the pillow "which was purple" and dried up underneath the pillow if I would of know that I would of snapped a photo....the mattress had a lil wine split on it which is easily to be washed off and says the pillow and mattress are ruined and new.. the mattress is NOT NEW as we looked for bed bugs it's old....and the pillows are knock off pillows from Walmart The pillows that I believe with the purple markings underneath it was a set up. And there rates say different online the lady charged us 90 plus tax including 100 deposit ... the boss is very gentleman tho and did not charge me 90 plus tax he charged me 50 plus tax before he doesn't have a temper or anything and the worker for him was seen hanging out with dealers often that stays there. I admit I split a lil wine... that was RED and it was a tiny spill and did not get on the mattress!!!! He also was screaming in the room as he was looking he has a huge temper workers are supposed to be calm!!!! Very unprofessional.. I'll be complaining to the head office that monitors motels and hotels. Speaking of there shower curtain there was BLUE MARKINGS ALL OVER IT!!!! AND THERE COMPLAINING ABOUT A LIL LIGHT WINE ON THERE USED OR OLD BED... IF IT WAS NEW UNDERBEARY OF IT WOULDNT OF BEEN SAGGING AND NEEDLE UNDER THE BED TOO AS I FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET... if it going to stay there only talk to the real boss... that worker should be fired for his temper and hanging around thugs I noticed. But hes clearly the child of the boss!!!! But still going to head office
The best motel to live in sarnia on rent as well as the rooms are fabulous.
My husband and I chose the East Court Motel because we were attending a funeral at the neighbouring funeral home. We were very disappointed to discover: no tv due to a broken cable; no internet for most of our stay; unusable "burnt" outlets; no ice bucket or hair dryer (a must when travelling), an air-conditioner (in this oppressive heat) that blew air, however not cold, and sounded like a freight train. In addition the intermittent LOUD banging of pipes became quite annoying. "Senior Rates" are advertised prominently on the website and the property sign, but there is no such rate, as everyone pays rack rate. The pleasant staff did allow us a late checkout, but we would not be recommending this establishment to anyone staying in the Sarnia area.
