I purchased bmx parts from someone locally and had some serious issues with the parts. I went to a few local bike shops and got no help just attitude. I heard good things about Blackwell Cycle and Watercraft so I thought I'd give them a try. I had an excellent experience with the company. Everyone was courteous not just that but very helpful. I recommend this business and will definitely go there again.

I have been thinking of getting a Mountain Bike for the past couple years so I decided to go to Blackwell Cycle based on the great reviews that they have and to no surprise the costumer service they provide indeed is excellent! John was available as I walked in and greeted me right away I told him I was interested on getting a MTB so he just started explaining all the different types, models and all the different features each bike has....he showed me low end to high end bikes explaining why the difference in price. Since I had a budget already stipulated I told him how much it was so than we really focused on the different bikes within my budget. Bought the bike and waited a couple days to be ready since my frame size bike was not assembled yet. The day I went to pick up my bike I walked in John was busy with a costumer so James came to attend me and once I said what I was there for he knew right away what bike i was there for. Again excellent costumer service from James also paid for my bike chatted about rides and stuff and away I went. Great place to buy a bike from what I could see they have all kinds of bikes different types and low to high prices. It's great to walk in into a bike store and come out with the bike you like and can afford with knowledge of what you didn't know and a solid hand shake. Thanks John and James for a great experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable bunch of guys. Had that I needed in stock and got me sorted out and able to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my bike. Highly recommend this place!
Good guys .... fixed me up with a chain and grips , but should open the store for customers with masks and gloves and add a cleaning station with limited numbers ... plus there is a great public swimming spot 300 yards away for you cyclists touring.
