Set up appointment for a service and dropped it off, filled out a form for what I wanted done, left my keys with a staff member. I received a call an hour later that my car was finished. Keys and paperwork were brought out to me. I have my payment info over the phone. It was seamless. Great experience!

I bought brand new windshield wipers almost a month prior, one of my wipers broke off because of ice stuck.. Service was closed but the sales guys took great care of me, and had a new blade on and back out the door in a matter of minutes.. Such friendly and amazing service... What a great experience I had that day! Thanks a bunch!
I just purchased a 2017 jeep wrangler from Scott at Bayview chrysler. I was able to purchase my jeep and get everything done online. I have a very busy life and getting down to the dealership was not easy for me. Scott put me at ease and did everything virtual. I had an amazing experience and was not disappointed when I picked up my jeep. It was in excellent condition. It was actually better then I expected. Scott took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Scott did a great job giving me a tutorial on how to use my jeep. Scott got me into my dream car and I can't wait to make memories in my jeep! Thanks Scott.
Was able to setup an appointment for an oil change within a few days. With COVID there was no shuttle but I was able to get my vehicle to the dealership and pay over the phone and pick it up later. Always have a great experience with Bayview Service and Jonathan’s team! I recommend their service department for trusted and excellent service.
