I loved the Motel. Brand new, spacious, High end bedlinen. Very cozy. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I had a delicious dinner in the dining room. The fruit stand was full of gourmet preserves, homemade Baked goods, grade A fruits and vegetables. So happy to have met such a Wonderful caring family. Will stay again on my next trip up to Grand Forks, as well as my return. Highly recommended. Fran Roberts.

Last year i stopped here and got fantastic peaches. This year they were hard like apples. I asked for riper ones but was told they decide to sell hard peaches so they dont go over rype for people taking them home. Well, its 5 days later and my peaches are still not ripe. I ended up buying some ripe ones in Osoyoos. I wont stop here again next year; i will try my luck elsewhere.
